Booking management

EG Worksense supports immediate and advance booking of workstations, meeting spaces and other types of resources using the EG Worksense web and mobile application. 

We support managing bookings internally within EG Worksense or integrating into an external booking system such as Microsoft 365. Integrations to external booking systems are set up under Microsoft 365 or Exchange Server On-Premises pages under the main Administration page. 

Capacity objects on the floor plan are added in EG Optimaze in the Space application. There you can define which objects are bookable and whether the bookings for the object are managed in EG Worksense or in an external booking system. See Space management for more details.
