How to decide on an item: anyone with edit access can type directly into the Decision column below – write Approve or Reject (Swedish "Godkänn"/"Avslå" also works), and add your name in Decided by. Approved items are moved to the main list, and rejected items are recorded in "Decision history" with a reason, the next time the weekly scan runs – or immediately if you ask Claude to process the queue now. You don't need to wait for or go through Claude to mark a decision; several people can fill this in independently.
