Improvements POS

Module

Description

POS Configuration

Improvement of "ParseScanCode" method with scanning 20-codes (RTP-13820)

A new POS parameter has been added: "ReturnNordicEAN20DataInParseScanCodeResponse". This to deal with the behaviour of "ParseScanCode" method in POS API and InStore App.

Improvement of item quantity while changing EAN 20-codes in Counting Groups (RTM-2813)

When user set POS Configuration parameter "ReturnNordicEAN20DataInParseScanCodeResponse" to "True", items scanned with their EAN 20-code in Instore App will be correctly retained after quantity changes, no matter whether the 20-code contains price or weight.

Self-service

Light tower switches to "assistance needed" mode too early (RTP-13938)

If a delay of age control when scanning a relevant item in self-service is configured, the light tower now correctly enters "age control" mode,  with an according light shown, e.g. yellow color. Previously the signal light immediately entered the "access needed" mode in similar situation, making wrong color to be shown, e.g. red.
