The VAT groups are set up by default in the system, and these are in turn connected to the corresponding VAT codes. There may be some differences in how these are defined. It is the VAT group that should be connected to a supplier or a customer. A specific VAT group can be set as the default, and this will come as the default when creating a new addressee.
