Instructions

Boxes can be copied within a flowchart or from one flowchart to another. Boxes can also be moved from one flowchart to another.

Copy

1. To copy a box, highlight the box by clicking it and click Copy.


2. To copy a box within the same flowchart, click Paste. To copy a box to another flowchart, select the target flowchart in the Go to another process field and click Paste.


3. Decide whether to copy the boxes with or without flowchart objects and document links and click Paste.


Tip: To copy or move multiple boxes simultaneously, highlight the boxes and click Copy or Cut.

Cut

1. To move one or multiple boxes from one flowchart to another, highlight the boxes by clicking on them and click Cut.


2. Select the flowchart to which the boxes are to be moved in the Go to another process field and click Paste.
