New checklists are automatically available in all modules. If you want to restrict availability so it is only available in specific modules, click Available for selected modules.


Module name

This column displays the modules in which you can make the checklist available.

Available

Check the boxes for which modules the checklist is to be available.

Enabling this option will allow you to connect the checklist to and create checklist answers in the Checklist module tab on records in the selected modules.

Separate field on the checklist

When a module has a separate field on the checklist, you can connect records from that module directly to the checklist answer without needing to navigate through the module.
