Work permits can be created for registration and signing of work permits on work orders. In order to be able to use the requirement for a work permit on a work order, this must be activated in the system settings; 16.1.0 System Settings. When this is activated, it will be possible to define work permits. You can link to specific categories that can be selected from when the work permit is selected on a work order, or you can select a "general" work permit without categories and enter a category as free text. The person responsible and the person(s) performing the work order can sign the work permit(s).
When the work order is opened in edit mode, access is gained to add/define the work permit(s). (If you do not wish to add one or more work permits to a work order, it is also possible to mark a work order with a requirement for a work permit directly on the specific work order.)
The work permit is created with a unique number and a descriptive name.
