Add license for AB testing (TFS: 172770)

A license is added for the AB Testing functionality. This functionality will by default not be available for users that are not System Administrators.

Requirement:

System parameter: LicensingEnabled must be set to True.

Surveillance

Surveillance of APSIS jobs (TFS: 172923)

'MemberExport' and 'ResponseImport' do not get 'Faulted' status when APSIS Configuration is missing for loyalty programs not configured to use APSIS. The 'Completed with Warnings' status is displayed instead. This is corrected to avoid unnecessary error messages to enhance efficiency of surveillance.

Fetching response from APSIS (TFS: 173620)

An issue introduced in 2.9.210 caused Loyalty to not be able to fetch response data from APSIS if the email was opened very quickly after distribution. This has been corrected.

Fetching engagement data from APSIS (TFS: 173811)

The way EG Loyalty fetches response from APSIS has been improved. The distribution response can now be fetched much quicker to allow for more realtime statistics.
