Released to all salons on Thursday 10 September 2026. Full ticket list: Jira release 2026/37.

Highlights

  • Revenue and receipt listings now show the real total when a gift or series card was used. A receipt showed 210,00 € where the printed receipt said 175,00 €, and a sale paid entirely with a gift card showed 0,00 € as though it had been free. Both listings now carry a total and an amount to be paid, side by side, and agree with the sales report. TIM-1404

  • More Finnish Timma Pay salons now see the compliance prompt. Every Timma Pay account owner has to sign a Data Security Standard form under the new card industry rules, or payouts stop. The Finnish rollout moved from customer ids ending a–d to a–f this week. TIM-1416 TIM-1479

  • Tap to Pay on iPhone has its first salon in Sweden. It is a closed beta, so no other Swedish salon can be switched on without asking the product team. TIM-1440

Changes your customers will notice

These affect features salons are already using, so the difference is visible from this week.

  • Booking through Marketplace switched off the marketing permissions on that customer's card in Timma Pro. Fixed. TIM-1477

  • Spanish salons could not save a business ID at all — every NIE, DNI and CIF was rejected with a message about typos, which also left them unable to set up their own cash register. Fixed. TIM-1455

  • The revenue export gave the profit figures to staff who are not allowed to see purchase prices, and withheld them from staff who are. Fixed. TIM-1444

  • Tax figures in the receipts export were wrong whenever a payment type filter was on, and disagreed with the sales report when a gift card carried a different VAT rate. Fixed — and the Finnish revenue view now says Tulonsaaja. TIM-1442

  • Importing a spreadsheet with more than 500 rows now previews only the first 500 by default, so the importer stays responsive on ten-thousand-row files. TIM-1460

  • A blocked or expired payment card is now removed instead of being charged again and again; a card that simply has too little balance is left in place. TIM-1465 TIM-501

  • Waitlist and blocking emails went out with the salon's own background colour instead of white. Fixed. TIM-1462

  • Customers who join a waitlist now get a confirmation email. TIM-1305

  • Changing an account in the Tripletex settings and then clicking Cancel kept the new account instead of putting the old one back. Fixed. TIM-1441

  • Kletta now says what is wrong when the cashier billing it needs has not been set up, instead of failing without a reason. TIM-1406

  • Gift cards from the old gift card shop could be issued with XXXXX printed where the code should be. The sale is now stopped rather than completed without a usable code. TIM-1438

  • Photos a salon uploaded to their gift card shop or their Genie website now show up among their company photos in Timma Pro, ready to reuse. TIM-1300

  • Someone named as the Timma Pay contact person now sees that account on the Timma Pay page, even when the cash register belongs to someone else in the salon. TIM-1452

  • The Marketplace front page has new artwork and text in every country, Finland shows a BookBeat offer banner in place of the gift card banner until December, and timma.no and timma.se now give a support email address instead of a contact form. TIM-1413

  • The gift card shop pricing example on the marketing site showed 0,00 kr VAT for Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Fixed — it now uses each country's own rate. TIM-1459

  • Demo requests sent from the pricing calculator and from the referral flow were failing, so those leads never reached us. Fixed. TIM-1453

  • Online booking embedded on a salon's own website now loads analytics and the cookie notice, and reports the same basket and service-list events the previous version did. TIM-1173

Nothing here changes anything for a salon this week. It is either groundwork on a feature that has not launched, or internal work.

Features not yet released

  • New gift card shop — the salon's business name and business ID are now shown on the payment step. TIM-1448

  • Pay by link — payment links are now created against a specific store rather than the account as a whole. TIM-1450

  • Genie AI analyst — answers no longer include the long calculation breakdown. TIM-1402

Internal and commercial

  • The Kletta, Fiken and Tripletex cards on the accounting page now show the red error box after a failed reload, not only on the first page load. TIM-1454

  • Saving Fiken settings reloaded the same data twice. TIM-1439

  • Re-connecting Kletta after a disconnect failed while the paid-up period was still running. TIM-1369

  • Series cards are on for every salon, so the last of the switch that used to turn them on and off has been removed. TIM-1382

  • Tap to Pay is now included in the internal Timma Pay charts. TIM-1429

  • A payer for billing can now be chosen on a Timma Pay agreement from the admin panel. TIM-1447

  • Hidden rows in the admin panel's Easy Update list reappeared as soon as the filter was changed. TIM-1446

  • The Easy Update licence run got per-step logging, more processing power and more memory, after runs that took over two hours or ran out of memory. TIM-1431 TIM-1457 TIM-1468

  • Billing snapshots older than a year are now cleared out monthly. TIM-1471

  • Continued conversion of the billing, invoicing and email code to TypeScript. TIM-1470 TIM-1464 TIM-1423 TIM-1420 TIM-1408

  • Commit checks added to the Timma Pro codebase. TIM-1435

  • An obsolete cloud infrastructure package was replaced, clearing the way for a wider platform upgrade. TIM-1432

  • Two customers moved onto a lower Timma Pay commission. TIM-1463 TIM-1478

  • Reworded the Finnish explanation of how a gift card can be used, in online booking. TIM-1449

Closed without being built

Listed so the omission is visible rather than silent: TIM-1443 and TIM-1445 (further revenue clean-ups, overtaken by the work that shipped), TIM-1436 (the missing gift card code itself — the sale is blocked instead, TIM-1438), TIM-810 (the wider series card clean-up — the part that mattered shipped as TIM-1382).
