Better matching of card issuer for transactions via VIM pay terminals (RTP-4400)

When using VIM pay terminal from Verifone a card issuer number is added to receipt, for reporting in back office. This is based on which payment brand received from Verifone. The brand could be e.g. Visa, Mastercard etc. Correct card issuer number will now be added regardless of case (small / BIG letters) in payment brand received, as long as the spelling is identical.

Payment info from previous receipt may be shown to cashier (RTP-4706)

A bug which caused payment info from previous receipt to be shown to cashier in active receipt is fixed. Problem occured only when both a cash changer was configured and member reminder message was configured.

Electronic products

Not possible to sett electronic products (RTP-4652)

We have fixed a bug that caused eSale items of type 'Vensafe' to be prevented from being sold. Problem occured only if an empty line was saved / configured in a recently created parameter.

We have fixed a problem that resulted in incorrect discounts if mix 30 and mix 44 triggered in the same receipt.

Mixtype 44 does not work for 20-code items (RTP-11355)

We have fixed a problem that caused 20-codes to not get any discount if the item was in use in mixtype 44.

Price checker

Price for weight items and newspapers (RTP-4455)

The price for NordicEAN20Codes and SwedishEAN7388Code items has been fixed and is properly displayed in the price checker (The price for such items is based on the weight/price encoded within the barcode).

Receipt print

Linked articles are missing on receipt when mix 44 is sold (RTP-4572)

We have fixed a problem with missing linked items on the receipt print. This occured when mix 44 was used.

Return

Online return of selected quantity (RTP-4051)

The correct quantity will be used in online return of partial receipt lines from orders created in POS API.

Optional coupons from previous member (RTP-4717)

A bug which caused optional coupons for the previous member to be shown in self-service has been fixed.

Optional coupons from previous receipt (RTP-4798)

A bug which caused optional coupons for the previous receipt to be shown when using the same member twice in a row has been fixed.

Unused optional coupons may cause incorrect reminder message (RTP-4744)

A bug where unused optional coupons caused a presentation of a credit note reminder message to customer has been fixed. Problem only occured when a certain configuration was active.

Light tower not correct when cashier approval for configured items (RTP-4749)

Problem that affects necessary approval of specified items (by staff) has been fixed. If such approval is configured, the light tower now shows correct light color according to situation, i.e. item just added to receipt or purchase confirmed by customer. Surveillance message is still not sent until purchase is confirmed by customer, with a list of all items to be approved.

New payment button in Self-service (RTP-289)

The design of payment buttons was changed in Self-service.

Always print gate receipt if type "Checkmark" (RTP-4257)

If gate receipt of type Checkmark is configured, the cate receipt will always be printed, even if normal sales receipts are also printed.

(Relevant parameter: 'GateReceiptBarcodeType').

Credit notes with rounded amount when failed commit of eSale items (RTP-4571)

We have corrected a problem where credit notes were generated with rounded amount, which it never should. Problem occured when commit of e.g. Vensafe items failed after payment, and the items were automatically removed from the receipt.

Incorrect Swedish translation for unconfigured tender messages (RTP-4708)

We have fixed incorrect Swedish translations. Messages shown to customer if customer use tenders gift card or credit note, and these is not configured / available for payment is now correct.

Prevent scanned items from entering next customer's receipt (RTP-11297)

We have made improvements to secure that items scanned, that correctly do not start a new receipt, do not enter next customer's receipt either. That is if activated that a receipt can be started by a member only, and only members who has a Datema receipt on hold.

Relevant existing parameter: 'SnGStartReceiptByMemberOnly' = 'True'.

Disappearing panels in POS (RTP-4393)

Function and menu panels should always be displayed in POS after fix.

Coupon reader does not accept deposit refund tickets (RTP-4424)

We have corrected a problem where deposit refund tickets were not readable in integrated coupon reader from EAN Systems. Now both coupons and deposit refund tickets are accepted by the coupon reader again, but correctly not during payment.

Dialog after discarding receipt is not closed (RTP-4283)

Dialog after deleting previous receipt is automatically closed when we get search results.

Payment summary (RTP-3432)

Payment summary has been improved both for sales and returns with Klarna and other tenders.

Improvements for using of physical keyboard in Bundle discount dialog have been implemented.

Problem with displaying drop down lists in the built-in web browser does not occur anymore. User is able to use web pages with drop down lists now without a problem.

Displaying Receipt Journal after logging with second cashier (RTP-4255)

Receipt Journal in built-in web browser is displayed properly when the second cashier open Receipt Journal after it was minimized before by the first cashier.

POS API

Online return of web orders paid by Collector Bank (RTP-762)

Refunds of web orders in EG POS versus Collector are supported in the same way as it works today when the original Collector payment is done in EG POS. In the AddPaymentToCart2 method it is possible to pass the following fields: Amount, CardIssuerID (CardIssuerIdentifier field), collector payment reference (PaymentReferenceNumber field) and StoreID (Reference -> Id2 field). The storeID value is used to send the correct store to Collector when refunding. Mixed sales and returns are not supported (return of one article and purchase of another article in the same receipt).

We have added information about price channel to the response of method GetPriceRules in PriceInfoService. This can for example be used by webshops to trigger offers only for price channel web.
