EG POS 4.0.0.13001 includes all features and improvements in 3.0.0.13001, plus the changes documented below.
The version requirements are also the same as for 3.0.0.13001.
Fast cashier login
New table in POS database (pos.CashierLogins) to persist user name and last login time has been created. Values are updated on every successful login.
List of X most recent logins from the list is shown in the EG POS login view. Cashiers with older login date than one week are not shown. List of recent cashier logins is updated from store central DB every time POS is started and every log out.
Moreover, if new parameter AutoValidatePasswordLength is set > 0, login is triggered automatically when the user entered character number X in the password field. If the login fails, error messages are not shown. (If the user tries to log in using the OK button, error is shown - an updated dialog for that kind of error has been implemented).
