Search field for free text: Article number/designation. 

The list can also be filtered for options such as: 

In stock: Shows all articles that are in stock. 

Reserved [WO]: Articles are always inserted as reserved with a reservation date (due date on WO). These will be shown here. Note that they are not taken into consideration in ‘Purchasing’ → Purchasing requirements' unless the reservation date comes within the period that has been set up in the system settings ‘Reserve articles X weeks’. 

All (red, yellow or green): Provides the option to filter by the following: 

• Red light bulb: Stock is less than the defined minimum stock. 

• Yellow light bulb: Stock is equal to the defined minimum stock. 

• Green light bulb: Stock is greater than the defined minimum stock. 

Inactive articles are displayed with a padlock. 

For articles that have been set up with Serial number, Batch number (FIFO) (sequential number) and/or FEFO (Expiry date), this information will be shown here in this list view. 

Storage transactions can also be performed from this list. 

Users who have admin access (AD) can also delete stocks from here. Re. 16.2.1 Authorisation

Recalc [Reservation]: In older versions, if a planned WO with articles has been deleted, the reservation may still be left in the system, without a reference to a work order number. When this function is run, the system will go through all the reservations and remove those which have no reference to work orders. This is only displayed when ‘Reserved [AO]’ is activated.
