E-mail [Customer]: Possibility to send e-mail to the customer with the history job as a pdf attachment. The button is only visible if the invoice functionality is activated in Maintenance.
Fast-search for article field. There will be no hits if the article number is not inserted exactly.
Add articles: Articles/parts that were used on the job can be selected from the article register, as well as from the separate list ‘Articles attached to asset’: the asset’s parts list / bill of materials.
Add personnel: Assigned personnel and/or suppliers on the job.
Add additional costs: Miscellaneous additional costs associated with the job.
Copy: To copy a historical job to an asset as a planned job or historical job, checking off which information you want to include. For details regarding copying historical jobs, see separate description.
Delete: Deleting historical jobs is performed via this button. This is access-controlled.
