Terminal Checklista (felsökning)

• Checka eventuella driftstörningar -> https://status.swedbankpay.com/ - Check if swedbankpay has any disturbance → https://status.swedbankpay.com/
• Felmeddelande på displayen? (ex. Felkod / Tampered) - Error message on the display? (ex. felkod / Tampered) 
  • En terminal som är i läget Tampered behöver alltid bytas ut. Det är en säkerhetmekanism sätter igång om terminalen tror att den blivit modifierad och det ska förhindra bedrägeri. - A terminal that is showing the error message Tampered must be replaced.
    
• Är Internetkopplingen nere. (ex. har kassan en fungerande internetuppkoppling) - Check if the terminal is connected to the network.
  • Medges ej, Endast online är ett meddelande från terminalen vid kortköp som indikerar på att terminalen är offline eller pågående driftstörning. - Payment declined, Only online is a message that is displayed on the terminal if the terminal is offline.
  • 
• Testa att starta om terminalen. Finns knapp på sidan av terminalen - Test restarting the terminal, see image below.
• 
• Testa att logga ut ifrån kassan och logga in på nytt. - Test relog into the cash register.
  • Sitter alla kablar i korrekt? - Check if the cords are correctly connected.
    
  • Terminalen har en nätverkswitch på baksidan, kassans nätverkanslutning går igenom terminalen: - The terminal has a network switch on the backside, the network goes through here.
    • I LAN A POE ska en nätverkssladd sitta som leder vidare till nätverksuttaget i väggen eller i en nätverksswitch. - Lan A POE should have a network cord that leads to the network port in the wall or into a network switch.
    • I LAN B ska en nätverkssladd sitta som går vidare in i kassa-PC:ns nätverkskort. - LAN B should have a network cord that goes to the cash register PC(Network card).
  • I USB-C ansluts strömadaptern för terminalen. - In the USB-C the power adapter should be connected.

Zaci Checklista (felsökning) - Zaci checklist

• Kontrollera att tjänsterna igång:
  • apache_zaci
  • Zetime
  • ZifPAX). - Check if the following services is running: apache_zaci, Zetime, ZifPAX
• Har terminalen konfigurerats med rätt IP-adresser - Check if the terminal has the correct ip address.

Kontrollera rätt IP-konfiguration i Pax A30. - Check if the ip is configurated.

Klicka på logotypen högst upp i terminaldisplayen snabbt 5 gånger i följd för att komma till Admin menyn. - Click the logo at the top of the terminal display fast 5 times in a row to enter the admin menu.

Ange lösenord 1973 - Enter password 1973

Choose ECR (not Admin configuration).

This should be displayed:

Kontrollera att terminalen har en IP-adress i fältet ”Terminal IP-adress” . - Check if the terminal has an ip address in the "Terminal IP-adress" field

Om det saknas en IP-adress i detta fält kontakta Granngården. - If their is not ip address in the "Terminal IP-adress" field, contact Granngården

Kontrollera att ”ECR IP-adress” stämmer (IP-adressen till kassan). - Check if "ECR IP-adress" is correct (same as the cash registers ip)

Avsluta genom att scrolla ner och tryck på Save. - Scroll down and press save to exit admin menu.

Om felet kvarstår så be butiken lägga ärende i Momentum så kommer Granngårdens IT avdelning hantera fortsätt felsökningen eller utbyte. - If the issue remains the store should be refered to ISIT, either by send a incident through Momentum or contact ISIT by phone. They will continue the troubleshoot.

PAX A30 network cord connections

Granngården starts to roll out the PAX A30 the 2023-02-06 in a slow pace. Only 4 stores per day and only one cash register per store.

This pay terminal has two network ports. The computer's network connection goes through this pay terminal. If the pay terminal is not powered on, the cash register will not have a network connection.

1. A network cable runs from the bank terminal's LAN B port to the computer's network socket (which is in the monitor because the computer is built into the monitor). (Red cord marked 1. In the picture below)
2. A network cable runs from the network socket in the wall to the bank terminal's LAN A-POE port (yellow cable, labeled 2 in the image below).

Zaci com-port configuration

This configuartion is used for the Verifone VX820 pay terminals.

This is configured in the file 1.zin in the parameter "auto_cfg_trm_adr". Granngården always use com 2 for the terminal. The zin-file only seems to be used when installing Zaci and is not always saved in the Zaci installation folder or subfolders.
