As part of the EG worksense Smart Office Solution, you have access to rich information about your building usage. We use the booking and sensor data to create accurate visualizations that help you to make decisions how to improve your spaces.

Reports are available in the EG Optimaze Panorama reporting tool. It provides fast, visual and interactive reporting for workplace management. Use the data to support smarter decision making and improve employee satisfaction.

Available reports

1. Go to the EG Optimaze
2. Go to Panorama
3. Click on Custom reports in the blue header
4. Choose which report you want to view by clicking on the Choose report drop-down menu on the right

How to export data to Excel or csv format

It is possible to export the data from most of the graphs in reports. 

1. Place your mouse pointer on top of a graph and click the “…” -button that appears on the top right corner of the graph
2. Select Export data and select .xslx or .csv format
