Rental areas cannot be edited or deleted if they are attached to operational agreements.

For example, in the building summary page, you can see a wastebasket icon only next to completely free rental areas.

Editing or deleting a rental area using the floor plan

Editing or deleting a rental area using Rental area management

Search the building summary page for the desired building according to the instructions above. Select the rental area that you want to edit or delete by clicking the rental area name shown in blue.

A summary page for the rental area will open up, and you can see functions Edit and Delete in the upper right corner. If there are operational draft agreements or accepted agreements related to the selected rental area, the Delete function is not available in the summary pages of the building and the rental area. Select Edit, if you want to edit the data for the rental area. You can change the name of the rental area even if there are documents attached to it.

Edit the desired information in the displayed fields. Select Save when finished.

If you want to delete the whole rental area and are sure that the area is the correct one, you can just click on the wastebasket icon in the building summary page. If you want to see more details to make sure it is the correct rental area, click the rental area name in blue. Then, you can select the wastebasket icon from the rental area summary page to delete the rental area.
