The Events tab on the agreement summary page lists all the events relating to changes made either on the value of the agreement or on the rental area,

since the beginning of the agreement. Future events are listed for two years onward starting from the review date,

when the agreement has a future rent increase or an event relating to a change document.

The Description header on the Events tab displays more information on the event, e.g. the names given to change documents and separate compensations,

as well as the option types.

The event date, monthly rent either including or excluding taxes and the area are shown in separate columns.

In the Events section under documents, such as a change document and  rent correction document,

attached to an agreement includes a link (marked in blue) to a document summary page.

If an index adjusted rent increase has been selected for the agreement, the future monthly rents are marked with an asterisk (*). This is to notify that the rents are imprecise due to missing index value updates.
