1. Go to the protocol module and click Create new.

2. Select the type for the protocol template by clicking on it.

3. Enter a name and any other fields if desired. Select the Use as template check box, then click Save. To access the auditing and meeting note list, click Save and close form.

5. To create a new case in the auditing and meeting note template, click Register new case.

6. Complete the fields for the case and click Save. To create a new case and move on, click New case.

Note: Auditing and meeting note case forms may look different from type to type. Go to control panel or enable configuration mode to change the field settings. Categories and groupings are set up in the control panel. |
When you click New case, all cases will appear in the menu on the left side of the page as they are created. Click the cases to view and edit them.
