You can determine the time delay for the sensor to change from recently occupied to unoccupied (check Adding time delays for capacity object types) in Optimaze Space.

For workstations, the default time delay is 2 hours. This allows a person using the workstation, for example, to go to a meeting or for lunch before the workstation is shown as unoccupied in EG Worksense.
