Step-by-step guide
Procedures
- Step 1: Copy the email in which the email has been sent or where the email should have been sent
- Step 2: Go to: https://account.postmarkapp.com/login
- Step 3: Go to timma.fi and choose “Default transactional Stream”
- Step 4: Click “Activity”
- Step 5: Paste the copied email to the “Search for sender, subject, recipient or tag..” field. You can also search by the title of the email if the recipient is unknown.
- Case 1: The email has been successfully sent
- Check the list for the sent emails. You can see the emails have been “Processed” and “Delivered”. This tells you that the user has received the email.
- Case 2: The email has not been sent
- If you get the error message “Darn! No matches found” it tells you that the emails to the address has not been sent.
- Check if the email is correct and there’s no typing errors, if it’s correct continue to the next step
- Click the “Suppressions” tab and paste the the email to the “Filter by email” field
- Page will show the list of recipients of whom have not received emails from Timma
- The list will show the Reason of the bounce
