The purpose of this article is to instruct how and in which situations salons can pause their subscriptions
This is an internal article for CuHa and/or Sales team members who might need to pause user subscription
If a user takes a parental leave, they can pause their subscription to Timma calendar and cashier. Often times users do singular days of work every now and then while they are on parental leave, so they need access to their Timma calendar and web reservation. Before taking the leave the user (or admin user from the salon) should contact us and ask for the pause. We will agree upon the start and end dates of the pause.
HOX! The subscription can be paused for parental leave even if there is only one user in the salon.
Unfortunately these can not be paused. You should ask the user or salon if they want to keep these or stop using them altogether. If they choose to stop using SMS-reminders, you can just end their billing.
For Timma Pay payment terminal, you can send the instructions for returning it, and handle it like Timma Pay churn with the exception of writing “Parental leave” as the reason. HOX! You need to bill the return of the terminal as you usually would, and end the billing after the terminal has arrived to the office.
If the salon wants to keep the websites visible, you don’t have to do anything and they are billed as before. If they wish to hide the website, we can do so in Hallinta (Company information > Homepage > remove the domain), and end the billing regarding the website, but not the domain. This way the website still exists but it is not visible to others. If they want to stop using the websites altogether, you need to hide the website and give the user the domain’s transfer key. It is not possible to end the billing for the domain. If the domain is transferred, we can end the billing to the end of current billing cycle.
