We will be updating our software on Thursday, 8.1.2026, starting at 17.00. The update will not cause any service downtime.

In connection with the update, we are releasing new features for the following software:

EG Optimaze

-Lease Management (Lease)

EG Optimaze Lease – Lease Management

New columns in the bulk view of rent review notifications

New column: Landlord

• Shows the landlord related to the rent review
• Also functions as a link to the landlord view
• A separate filter for this information has also been added

New column: Tenant

• Shows the tenant related to the rent review
• Also functions as a link to the tenant view
• Also shows other tenants, if any
• A separate filter for this information has also been added

A separate note in the individual invoice view when the due date is before the invoice date

• Displayed in yellow text below the due date field

New option for the billing method of a party: Email

• Allows setting the billing method for a party to email already within Lease
• The information is presented in the calculation interface in the same structure as the current values Value in the interface: "Email"

In addition, we are constantly making smaller fixes and improvements to all applications.
