Termination clauses define the termination notice periods that can be selected on agreements.

Opening the view

Open Administration → Agreement property details → Termination clause.

The Manage termination clauses view

Each clause shows its Name, the Lessor’s termination notice period and unit, and the Tenant’s termination notice period and unit. The notice period is entered as a whole number, with the unit set to either day or month. Add a new clause with Add new termination clause.

Editing and deleting

Click a clause’s Name to reveal its Edit and Delete buttons. Note! Deleting a clause does not ask for a confirmation.
