A rental premise in Optimaze means a rental area, a car park, a land area or another rental product. In the Rental premises menu you can view and manage all of them; the views contain both inrent and outrent premises.

The menu contains the following views:

• Rental areas — areas that can be connected to the spaces of floor plans.
• Car parks — parking areas.
• Land areas — land areas outside buildings, for example plots.
• Other rental products (area) and Other rental products (pcs) — other area- or piece-based rental products.
