A land area is an Optimaze concept that covers land areas outside properties, for example plain plots.
Open Rental premises → Land areas.
In the filters, land areas can be filtered by the rental status of the area: draft, available, rented, starting, terminated.
Creating a new land area is possible only on the level above the building, the property. The basic information is entered for the land area; the list of selectable properties opens with a free text search in the Premises field. When the details are complete, click Save. The created land area then appears on the screen and in the land areas list.
