The tests in this class applies to the location controller. 
In SonWIn terms, an account is somewhat equivilant to an installatio (AINSD) record. 

However not all data comes from teh ainsd table.

Included in the tests for this controller is the Common Data Tests.

Unique identification

• Data returned is correct for the installation / customer reference 
• No installation can be reffed when customer is not active on that reference
• The startdate(leverance start) / enddate (leverance stop) i scorrect according to the type of supply (currently electrical only)
