The tests in this class applies to the location controller. 
In SonWIn terms, an account is somewhat equivilant to an installatio (AINSD) record. 

However not all data comes from teh ainsd table.

Included in the tests for this controller is the Common Data Tests.

The main concern in this test is to verify that we do not return wrong data and that the dates are correct, as they are used for returning measurements later in the flow.

• No installation can be reffed when customer is not active on that reference
• The startdate(leverance start) / enddate (leverance stop) is correct according to the type of supply (currently electrical only)
