Market rent update is used for updating the market rent adjustment percentages of agreement rows in bulk via Excel.

Opening the view

Open Administration → Updating the details from Excel → Market rent update.

The Market rent update view

The list shows the agreement rows with their Agreement name, Agreement number, Agreement row name, Agreement row type, Name of tenant, Rental premise information, Agreement row validity, Adjustment percentage and Last modified.

Export the rows with Export data to an Excel file, update the values in Excel, and import the file back with Import data from an Excel file.
