If your Lease administrator has turned on “Assign Organisation level 6 to spaces automatically” (Administration → Company settings), Lease automatically keeps each outrent tenant’s record in the Moment organisation register in sync with their agreement, and links that record to the spaces they occupy. It applies only to outrent agreements — inrent agreements are never affected.
The sync runs in the background whenever:
It can take up to about a minute for a change to appear in the organisation register or on the floor plan after you save.
Each tenant on the agreement gets (or already has) an organisation level 6 (“Org6”) record in Moment, filed under an “Outrented” branch of the organisation hierarchy. If your company doesn’t have an Outrented branch yet, Lease creates it automatically the first time it’s needed. If a tenant is later renamed in Lease, their existing Org6 record is renamed to match — a new record is not created.
For every rental area and car park on the agreement, the tenant’s Org6 record is linked to that space for the agreement’s validity period (share is always 1). A few precise rules govern this:

If an agreement’s approval is cancelled, the tenant’s own space links for that agreement are removed. However, any pre-existing links that were cut, pushed, or split to make room are not restored — those changes are permanent.
