Released to all salons on Thursday 17 September 2026. Full ticket list: Jira release 2026/38. |
Refunds now work on receipts that cover more than one business ID. In Finland, Estonia and Latvia, a card-terminal receipt that mixed items belonging to different business IDs could not be refunded at all; Timma Pay now creates a separate receipt per business ID, so those refunds go through. TIM-1403
The marketing email and SMS boxes are now ticked by default in the two older online booking versions. The newest version already worked this way, and a customer's choice at booking feeds straight into their saved marketing preferences. TIM-1476
The gift card shop is reachable from the Marketplace again. There is now a link in the desktop header and near the top of the mobile menu, in every country that has Timma credits — it had become hard to find once the gift card banner came down. TIM-1497
These affect features salons are already using, so the difference is visible from this week.
The Marketplace now labels a salon's prices as "Price" rather than "Cheapest", after feedback that the old wording devalued the work salons do. TIM-1523
Danish salons adding a user now see the annual-billing campaign on the billing choice: 99 DKK a month for twelve months instead of the usual 179, a 45% saving. TIM-1502
Timma Pay paybacks now require the salon's business name, and the warning asking for it has been reworked so it is clearer what is missing. TIM-1475
The gift card pricing tooltip in Timma Pay was understating the VAT on the service fee — on a 500 kr gift card it showed 2,50 kr where 3,13 kr was actually deducted. Fixed. TIM-1480
The copyright year in a salon website's footer was frozen at the year the site was built. Fixed — it now follows the current year. TIM-1461
Three customer testimonial videos on the marketing site in Norway and Sweden now point at the current recordings. TIM-1513
