Uploading lean floor plans

Log in to Optimaze Portal

Go to Optimaze Space

If you haven’t created a building yet, go to the 'Buildings' tab and click on the ‘New building…’ button

Select ‘Upload floor plans yourself' and click 'Continue'

Fill in the form and click 'Save'

1. The address information is important in order to have the correct timezone for the sensor data
   
   
   
   

After saving, the address shows up in the map

Next, click on the ‘Floors' tab and then the 'New floor…’ button

Fill in the floor details by

1. searching the building name

2. give the floor a name

3. type in the net room area (if you don’t know the net room area, write 0)

   Then you can upload the floor plan by clicking on the 'Browse…' button
   
   
   
   

Once you have uploaded the floor plan click 'Save’

Next, you can add capacity objects to the floor plan, here
