From asset in view mode, you have:
Full access to work orders, history, checkpoint history, documents (including those connected to assets in the same asset group and asset type), checklists, checkpoints, event logs and relocations run on the asset you are in or on subordinate assets in the structure. See separate descriptions in those chapters.
Full access to create messages, deviations, work orders, historical records, checkpoints, run events log and upload documents. See separate descriptions in those chapters.
Direct access to the structure of the asset or superior asset via the structure buttons.
If the map coordinates (longitude and latitude) have been entered on the asset, you have access, via a separate icon, to get travel directions via Google Maps.
Register hour status read.
Create and link item (must be activated in system settings)
Directly upload up to 3 pictures. Also note that images can be copied onto marked assets via the mass update function. Enter the image name. The picture name is in the tooltip on all pictures. Alternatively, the image name can be found/copied by clicking the delete button for the image. Then remember to click Cancel so that the image is not deleted.
Document overview of the asset can, via separate checkboxes, display documents connected to asset in the same asset group / type as the specific asset.
Add items to the item/parts list of the asset
Move (relocation) the asset in the structure, re. 1.1.9 Move [Asset]
Copy the asset, re. 1.1.8 Copy asset
- Separate section for the spare parts/parts list for the asset.
- Map display with the asset position plotted according to longitude and latitude entered on the asset.
Separate section at the bottom of the screen showing connected equipment, this if the lending/rental module is in use. Equipment/tools can be connected to the asset for maintenance follow-up (done from the equipment).
