Adding building blocks to space management floor plans

Log in to Optimaze Portal

First, go to Optimaze Moment to create the building block names

Select ‘Management’ and ‘Object management’ in the left hand panel

Then, select ‘Real Estate hierarchy’ in the Select hierarchy drop down menu

Select the chosen corporate group and building where you want to add building blocks from the hierarchy on the left

Click ‘Add Building block’ plus sign at the bottom and add appropriate code, name and other details

Press ‘Save’ to finish

Last, go to Optimaze Space to add the building blocks to your floor plan

Click ‘Edit’ in the toolbar, select ‘Space data’ and choose ‘Building block'

Select the correct areas from the floor plan

Use the building block names saved in Moment accordingly

Press ‘Save’ to finish
