1. To read the document and confirm that you have read and understood the content, click Open and read in the email you have received.
2. Click on the blue button to download and read the content of the document. When you have finished reading, click I have read and understood the content.

3. Write a comment and click I have read and understood the content.
4. The date you confirmed and the comment that you wrote appears at the bottom of the page. You can edit your comment by clicking the pencil next to the comment.
