The service request feature is an easy and intuitive way to create service request tickets directly from your phone. Employees can easily create a ticket from their phone with the EG Worksense mobile application. Facility service providers get an email of the ticket with information such as location, type of request and description.

Service requests feature is included in Flow EG Worksense plan.
