Retrieves the desired stocktake via the filter for [Stocktake]. Here you can find both active and historical stocktakes. If you would like to give the selected stocktake a new list, you can do this at the bottom right of the screen. In active stock take lists, articles can be added to or deleted from the list. Marking function in with the option to delete marked lines. The delete button appears at the bottom right after marking.
Stock information is automatically updated on all articles that have not been counted when the stocktake list is opened. This is to avoid incorrect adjustments if you are working with an old counting list.
Not counted: Filters out a list with only articles that have not been counted.
Remove 0 stock: Removes all articles with 0 in stock.

! - Red exclamation mark indicates that counting has not been performed for the specific article.
Cost Carriers: If you wish to indicate cost carriers for the adjustment transactions, you can select from projects, departments, account, objective and/or carriers.
The buttons at the bottom of the list:
Refresh [Stocktake]: This will update the stocktake list with current inventories, so that you adjust the counted number in relation to the current inventory for non-counted lines.
Counted = Stock: To make counting easy, you may first wish to click here in order to set counted now to equal to what is registered stock, which allows you afterwards to go in to correct anywhere there is a deviation in the ‘Counted’ column. The colour in the cells is yellow.
Save Stocktake: You can save the stocktake at any time, and go back to it to continue counting.
Adjust stock>>: When the counting is complete, you must click on this button to ensure that the system makes the adjustment transactions. On the articles where an adjustment transaction has been performed, the colour will be green. All the others have a yellow colour until you click on ‘Save stocktake’, when they will change to green. All the buttons are hidden, and the stocktake is moved to ‘historical stocktakes’.
When all the articles on the count list have been counted and stock adjusted, the count list is automatically set to inactive (history).
