Class: Defines whether the asset will be a piece of equipment, an administrative level, a construction card or a customer.

Administrative = gives a general card (orange folder), typically used for a production line.

Equipment = gives an equipment card (blue folder), typically used for equipment and sub- components. Separate fields for information such as supplier, serial number, model number, date of purchase and structure of parts list/spare parts list.

Building = gives construction card (green folder) Area -> Building -> Floor -> Room with specific building information at each level.

Customer = gives customer card (red folder) with connection to recipient of invoice (customer).

Criticality factor: A = highest criticality factor. Work orders that are created on assets with a criticality factor of A are given the default priority 1 in the work order. The default setting is for B to give priority 2, and C and D to give priority 3.
