Work permits can be created for registration and signing of work permits on work orders. In order to be able to use the requirement for a work permit on a work order, this must be activated in the system settings; 16.1.0 System Settings. When this is activated, it will be possible to define work permits.
When the work order is opened in edit mode, access is gained to add/define the work permit(s). (If you do not wish to add one or more work permits to a work order, it is also possible to mark a work order with a requirement for a work permit directly on the specific work order.)
The work permit is created with a unique number and a descriptive name.
