Before you can add organizations to a lean floor plan OR add organizations to a space management floor plan you need to create an organization hierarchy in Optimaze Moment.


What is an organization hierarchy?

Organization hierarchy in Optimaze is a six-level hierarchy of organizations. You are required to give all six levels. When adding organizations to capacity objects or spaces, you will define the organization level 6 and the levels before will automatically be included.

Instructions

You must have Organization hierarchy admin role in Optimaze Portal.

  1. Log in to Optimaze Portal

  2. Go to Optimaze Moment

  3. Click ‘Object management’ and select ‘Organization hierarchy’ from the drop-down list



  4. Click the name of the first organization level and click ‘Add Organization level 2’








  5. Fill in the form and click ‘Save










  6. Continue adding the organization levels until you have added all 6 levels
