Types

1. Click Types under Configuration of types and value scales. To create a new, click Create New. To edit an existing one, click Edit.


2. Enter a name and select settings for the type. Select which probability, consequence, and value sets are to be available for the type. Click Save and close form when you are finished.


Info: The form for risk events are type-specific. Go to the form for a risk event and activate configuration mode to edit the form for a risk type.


Probability

1. Click Probability set under configuration of types and value scales. To create a new probability set, click Create New. Click to edit an existing one.


2. Select the number of probability values and click Save. Assign a number and colour to each probability value, and specify the probability of the event occurring and the frequency for the value. Click Save and close form when you are finished.


Consequence

1. Click Consequence set under configuration of types and value scales. To create a new consequence set, click Create New. Click to edit an existing one.

Info: A consequence set can be used to analyse risks or opportunities. When creating a consequence set, you must select its intended focus.

Risk

2. When creating a consequence set, it must be set for use in risk analysis, and the number of consequence values must be selected, followed by clicking Save. Assign a number and colour to each value, and specify the consequence of the event occurring. Click Save and close form when you are finished.


Possibility
