Receipt print improvements

(RTP-14665)

The following changes have been implemented for receipts:

  1. Name and customer signature rows can be configured for employee purchases.
  2. There is only one line break between information about card purchase and VAT information.
  3. When the receipt only contains a deposit refund ticket (no items purchased), and choose to use a credit/debit card for the refund, a store receipt was previously printed. This store receipt is now skipped.
  4. A reason for printing the store receipt (Return, Employee, Credit) can be printed below the header (configurable).

New setting "Signature Lines for employee purchase"   

Semicolon separated list of text. Each text will be printed on a separate line on the receipt.

New setting "PrintStoreSamleReason"  - True/False

When True the store sample gets printed below the header.

  1. Credit purchase (Will show credit purchase even if 2 or 3 below is also True)
  2. Employee purchase (Will show employee purchase even if 3 below is also True)
  3. Return

Improvement for automatically startup of self-service mode in customer screen

(RTP-14066)

There is made improvements, so it's possible to configure so the cash register automatically startup in self-service mode on customer screen.

POS Configuration

New parameter: "StartSelfServiceOnCustomerScreen"

If this is set to True, Self-service will automatically start on customer screen. 

Send "CoopId-Membernum" to Datema when receipt contains CoopID

(RTP-14822)

When New parameter: IncludeExternalMemberNumberToDatema is enabled, POS will send both CoopID (externallLoyaltyNumber) and loyaltyNumber as customer id in communication with Datema Easyshop (if CoopID is in POSLog XML). This will be used in Datema methods to check for control and to set payment status. It will work both in manned and unmanned mode.

Signature payments in self-service with VIM terminals (RTP-14663)

There is now fixed so that signature payments works in self-service when using VIM terminals. 

Customer screen

Images on highlighted items' buttons (RTP-15209)

Images are properly displayed on highlighted items' buttons in customer screen now.

Deposit refund

Small changes in integration with "Pantelotteriet" (deposit refund lottery) (RTP-15117)

When EG POS reports registered deposit refund lottery tickets to "Pantelotteriet" (deposit refund lottery) dates used in requests will now be equal to when customer redeemed the ticket in POS, and received his/her lottery prize. Previously request dates were equal to when the lottery tickets were created.

General

Improvement for when pressing Esc/C-button in new PLU-list (RTP-14881)

There has been made improvements for when pressing Esc/C-button in new PLU-list. If there is not written anything in the search field, pressing Esc/C-button will now close the PLU-list. 

Member

Automatic Member registration in purchases done with Coop Mastercard (RTP-12838)

There is now added functionality for automatic member registration on purchases done with Coop Mastercard. When configured and customer taps or insert the Mastercard inside the payterminal, POS will either receive CoopID and Coop-card number or Coop membership number. If CoopID and Coop card number is received, POS will fetch remaining info from EG Loyalty.  If only Coop membership number is received, then it will be used as a traditional membership card. 

Offline-mode

Phone number now visible when adding member in offline-mode (RTP-15063)

Phone number is now visible in both POS and in receipt when adding member in offline-mode.

Self-service

Updating of subtotal in user interface when member added via payment card (RTP-15243)

If a member is added to receipt after pay terminal payment has started, by fetching member from payment card, the subtotal amounts shown in the user interface will be updated accordingly if reduced due to member discounts.


Cashier approval of configured items triggers wrong dialogue (RTP-15065)

If approval of specified items is triggered, and the approval is to be performed at the self service POS, correct dialogue / text, including listed items, is now presented. In some versions the dialogue shown was incorrect and the approval had to be performed at the surveillance monitor.


Improvement for using customer screen as Self-service (RTP-14065)

When putting a manned cash register in self-service mode, the customer screen can be used as a SCO by the customer.

We have made improvements, so the cashier screen is also updated when the customer adds items to the receipt on the customer screen. This makes it possible for the cashier to have better control of what the customer is doing.

In home delivery webshop customers was charged multiple times for same order when timeout occured (RTP-15344)

There is done changes in POS Services to make the Capture transaction work properly in refund worker when the connections is lost. In POS the Coopay Timeout (GltAeraTimeoutInSeconds) are now used for Capture calls.
