Department participants

A list of the participants in the department is displayed in the Participants tab. You can also add new participants by clicking Select in the Employees/Customers/Suppliers/Contacts field and clicking Add.

  

Employee with main department

The Employee with main department tab displays an overview of employees who have the department as their main department. To change an employee's main department, click Select employees followed by Set as main department.


Documents and main picture for the department

Under the Documents tab, you can insert a main picture for the department. Upload an image and click Use as main picture.

The main picture can, for example, be used in start-up dashboards for employees. If employees who have different main departments use the same dashboard, the gadget filters so that each employee sees the main picture for their main department. The gadget Main image for my main department retrieves the main picture for the department to a start-up dashboard.
