If Microsoft Office is installed on your PC, the documents can be opened and edited directly.
To edit a file directly, click 
in the document list or Edit file directly on the document form.
Note: If you edit a published document, the changes will be available to users immediately. We recommend only editing the content of versions that are in progress.
indicates that changes made to the document are stored directly in Landax.
Versions
Documents that have versions that are in progress can be filtered so that they appear in the document list. To edit the content of a version in progress, click in the document list.
Versions of a document can also be opened for direct editing under the Versions tab.
