In EG Flow all dispatches for a specific organization will be sent to a print queue. This print queue will sort the different type of dispatches in categories of dispatch on a high level, and under each high level category the batches will be sorted in there template category.
Invoices print
This include all the invoices that will be sent to the selected print partner, chosen by EG,
Invoices digital mailbox (Kivra)
This include all invoices that will be sent to Kivra (SE).
Invoices EDI
Uncertain if the process of these is to exclude from the print queue since they are sent in a different format are not a form av PDF.
Invoices email
This is the email template for chosen organization, the invoice will be an attached PDF. The email template is not the invoice template, is a different one.
Dispatches print
Other type of dispatches (not invoices) that will be sent to print partner, chosen by EG.
Dispatches digital mailbox (Kivra)
This is dispatches (not invoices) that will be sent to Kivra and by that the end customers digital mailbox.
Dispatches email
This is dispatches (not invoices) that will be sent via email to the end customer.
Dispatches text message
This is dispatches (not invoices) that will be sent via text message to the end customer.
Additional information
For electronic invoices (E-faktura), those are sent via a specific file to the end customers bank. There for they are not shown in the regular print queue. The process for sending this files to each bank need to have a specific process, either if there is a different way that
For direct debit invoices, a payment order is sent to the end customers bank to notify the amount that will be withdrawn from the end customer's selected account. In the print queue the PDF for the invoice will be shown and handled in the batch category that the customer has chosen to receive the copy of the invoice. Which can be: email, print, digital mailbox (Kivra).
