Sent/outgoing message: 

Edit - a message can be edited until the recipient has read the message. The Subject, asset, message text and priority fields can be changed. 

Received/incoming message: 

The recipient can do the following: 

  • Manually change the status of the message. Note that if the work order, history or deviation is created from the message, the message status changes automatically. 

  • Change an internal message to a purchase order requisition.
  • Change the reading status of the message, as well as mark the message with a flag for follow-up.
  • Priority - Change the priority of the message.
  • Reply - Re: appears on the message. 
  • Forward - if you want another person to look at the message or make a decision on it. (FW: appears on the message) 
  • +IO - if the message is of the purchase requisition type, this is available, and the recipient can directly create a purchase order here.
  • Work order - create a new planned work order based on the message. 

  • History - create a job directly in the history, based on the message. 

  • Deviation - create a deviation (deviation message) based on the message. (The deviation function must be activated in order to see this button). 

  • Link to WO - link the message to a work order that has already been created. 

Related Messages: All replies and forwarded messages that are linked to an original message are shown on each message post in a separate section under the message itself. 


Note: If a work order is created on a response message, images are also retrieved from the original message. If, for example, there is a picture on both messages, both pictures are retrieved. There is a limit of a total of three photos on a work order.
