Event log is an incident log for production, with a requisition option for maintenance etc. The log is used to record all incidents in the production environment, including downtime/shutdowns. If assistance from the maintenance organisation is needed, this can easily be requisitioned via the messaging service.

List view for event log with various sort, filter and search options, as well as the option to export to Excel and print to PDF.

Lists ‘Description’, ‘Immediate actions’, ‘Corrective actions’ and ‘Preventive actions’ that have been inserted, directly in the list view.

Search field for free text: Includes searches for description, immediate actions, corrective actions and preventive actions.

Asset search field: Search for asset number and asset name to filter log entries. Shows event log entries connected to selected asset/structure. Search Selected Tree Only: Only generates hits in the structure of the selected asset.

Favorites: Will only show operational logs for the favorites that have been posted.

Executed: Activate this if you want to include operational logs with status 'Executed' in the list.

Directly in the list, it indicates whether the requisition (message) for maintenance has been read or not, whether a planned work order has been created (indicated with a spanner and WO number), or whether there is a historical job (indicated only with WO number) on the log entry, etc.

Statuses:

  • Unhandled - For event log entries that are sent for maintenance (requisition), these are shown as unhandled until the maintenance status changes in the message or when a work order is created.

  • In progress - this status is set automatically when a planned work order is saved to the log entry.

  • Executed - When the planned work order is approved, the status is automatically set to executed in the log entry.

Mass update: The mass update function is available to user(s) set up with this.

Preselection [Shift]: Option to set specific shift. The system will remember the choice, and this shift will come as a suggestion when the event log entry is created.
