Instructions

1. Open me by hovering over the profile icon in the top right-hand corner and click Register support case, order, error message or suggestion.


2. Enter the subject, describe the case, then click Register case.


Tip: We recommend that you allow the support officer to log in to your Landax system in order to make the processing of your case more efficient. You can also attach screenshots describing the question or what the case is about.
