For PM meeting, decide on this - Decided that no changes in EG Self Service, since the requirements referrers to an online page where the contract was signed, and EG Self Service does not have an option for signing a contract there for we don't make any changes in our Self Serviced. The customers have to do the changes on their end, with the changes that we will make in the API.

A discussion if we actually should make changes in EG Self Service since there isn't a possibility to sign a contract online. The customer will have access to Self Service but can't see the future agreement. That is shown after that contract start date. Nothing was decided, just that this needs to be addressed on the PM meeting. 

One thing is clear - and that is that we need to make changes in our API for all of our products so that the customer can make changes on their end. This will probably be something that need to be in place first, so that the customers have time to make the changes based on our changes in the API.

Zynergy will have to make changes to Self Service in regards to renewal of contracts. That scenario will be covered. Since Xellent don't have that option they don't need to make any changes.

Elprisstöd SE

General information is that Elin was in contact with Energiföretagen week 16, who couldn't confirm anything but it could be that the same structure as last time was going to be used. Försäkringskassan is planning to host information sessions during week 18 and 19 but when that is decided they're going to put that information on their website. 

Xellent

If the same structure is going to be used as last time, there is a possibility that we need to deliver a new version of Xellent. Since there aren't any planned releases in that time frame this will probably require a hot fix. If we're still going with the same structure but make any changes in that logic, so that we in the future don't have to depend on a release that will require more work.

Zynergy

Have to look into the previous implemented feature.

ProBill

Will have to look into the previous tickets and sew how that was implemented. 

Gasell

Not affected by this since it's only for grid owners. 

There is going to be a reimbursement for gas but not sure if that is something that will affect any of our customers since the information says that it is for "Motsvarande stöd ska lämnas till hushåll uppvärmda med gas, som är anslutna till västsvenska gasnätet."

Energysharing

 Customers has raised that they want to be involved in discussion with EG around this new requirements. Discussion around how we should plan the work around this since there isn't anything decided on this matter yet. And it will affect the Ediel guidelines and the usual stages for changes around this is that in April they announce changes that takes into force in October, and in October/November they announce changes that will take into force in April.

General discussion from Mikael and Elin that they have discussed if we should have discussion group with the customers as a PS. Groups that will discuss this on a higher level that is not connected to a specific product.

Communication to customers

Not decided on what information that should be addressed to the customers.
