User must be set up as an administrator in access control for access to edit the document card from list view document.
Document [Deviation]: There is functionality here to set/mark the document as a "deviation document". Will only become/be visible in the deviation module.
Refresh[Document] (updates the document with a new version)
Select file: Find/select the updated document. The relevant document is updated, and everything else is as before, except that ‘Originally filename’ displays the file name of the latest update.
Note. Other users have access to edit various other information on the document card from the respective registers to which the document is connected, if they have change rights in these registers.
