Enable messages: Indicates whether the web user should be able to send/receive messages. You are recommended to activate this. 

WEB users: Employees/users who should be able to log in must have this activated. 

Name: Full name of the employee. 

Initials: The employee’s initials, max 5 characters, use capital letters. 

Employee no.: Insert as needed. 

Department: The employee’s department. If there is no department, this must be created under the menu ‘System’ → ‘Cost carriers'. 

Position: The employee’s position. If there is no position, this must be created under the menu ‘System’ → ‘Employees’. 

Profession: The employee’s profession. If there is no profession, this must be created under the menu ‘System’ → ‘Employees'. Logic in terms of setup in user profile in order to display the profession’s jobs/checklists/messages in My Lists. See description in ‘Edit profile’. 

Hour Rate: Used when calculating work cost. If detailed time registration ('+Hours') has not been used on the work order, the hour rate is used here to calculate the work cost of the job. You are recommended to use detailed time registration ('+Hours') where account rate is used. Hour rate is defined/set by this. See the description below regarding account rate. 

Group: The employee’s employee group. As for profession, logic in terms of setup in user profile in order to display the employee group’s jobs/checklists/messages in My Lists. See description in ‘Edit profile’. 

Phone.: Insert as needed. 

Mobile: It is important to insert the mobile number due to the notification via SMS function. 

Email: It is important to insert the email address due to the notification via email function. 

Account rate: It is important to insert the default account rate. If there is detailed time registration '+Hours' on jobs and directly against project, account rate must be used. The hour rate can also be inserted here to calculate the work cost of a job. For further details, see the description ‘System’ → ‘Employees’ → ‘Account rate’. 

Shift: Linked in if necessary. It can be filtered alternately in the employee list and in the time list. Shift is defined under the menu 'System' → 'Production' → 'Shift', re. 15.4.2 Shift.

Private: Insert as needed. 

Comments: Free text field, use as needed. Included in free text search.
